With nearly 25 years of experience as an instructor in the visionary methods of Joseph Pilates, Julie is again opening her neighborhood studio for individual instruction. She is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and engaging environment.
Pilates Classes
I offer a variety of Pilates classes to suit your needs, including:
Private Classes
One-on-one
$85
Experience a personalized Pilates session tailored to your specific needs and goals. Achieve optimal results with one-on-one attention and customized exercises.
Semi-Private Classes
Two participants
$50 per person
Enjoy the benefits of personalized instruction with a partner. Perfect for friends or couples, these sessions provide a focused, yet collaborative Pilates experience.
Small Group Classes
Three participants
$35 per person
Engage in a dynamic and supportive small group setting with up to three participants. Benefit from individualized attention while enjoying the support of a group workout.
Specialty Classes
In addition to my standard Pilates sessions, I also offer specialty classes including:
Reformer classes which use a specialty workout machine to provide resistance-based exercises that enhance strength and flexibility.
Chair sessions which focus on improving balance and coordination through controlled movements using a Pilates chair.
Spine corrector classes which target spinal alignment and core strength, helping to improve posture and relieve tension.
